Services – Early in career and confused?

Great, you landed your dream job at your favorite company only to learn the job is not what you hoped it would be.  You may be unsure about ‘what’ you ultimately want to do.  And, how do you possibly communicate this to your manager?  Your manager may not ‘get you’ and as a result you aren’t getting any feedback or the feedback you get is not helpful.  This is very common, by the way!  You are not alone on the career path.  It may be time to get some clarity and a develop a plan to get you where you want to go.
